Surface treatment chillers rely on refrigeration to obtain the cooling effect of energy release. It was invented in 1892 by German inventor Rudolf Diesel. In honor of the inventor, diesel is represented by his surname Diesel, and diesel engines are also known as Diesel Engine. The advantages of diesel engines are high power and good economic performance. Surface treatment chiller is composed of body cylinder liner, oil pan, cylinder head, piston connecting rod, flywheel crankshaft, transmission mechanism parts, camshaft, starter, generator, intake pipe, exhaust pipe, air filter, surface treatment chiller, fan pulley parts, oil filter, oil cooler, oil pipe, water pump, water pipe, fuel pipe, injector, instrument, water tank, supercharger, high-pressure oil pump, etc
Surface treatment chiller maintenance For different seasons, the maintenance
will be different. Before starting the vehicle, the surface treatment cooler of a heavy truck must be filled with enough coolant to avoid starting without water. When the body temperature is too high, do not add cold water to prevent the cylinder from breaking.
Pay attention to waterproofing (or add antifreeze) when parking outdoors at low temperatures in winter to prevent the cylinder from freezing and breaking; The vehicle must operate at a specified temperature, and the necessary cooling water is to prevent the engine from overcooling or overheating; Check that the oil level and amount reach the scale specified on the dipstick before starting, and add or replace it if necessary; Engine maintenance must strictly follow the operating rules to avoid unnecessary personal injury.
When the flatness error of the surface treatment chiller plane exceeds the limit, the cylinder head gasket will not be tightly compressed, resulting in water leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and ablation.
Secondary maintenance can be checked using a dial indicator: the cylinder is supported on the platform and the plane of the cylinder is parallel to the platform, i.e. two pairs of contour points are found on the diagonal of the four corners. Moving the dial holder along the platform, the difference between the maximum and minimum readings of the dial meter in the test plane is flatness. You can also place a ruler on the plane you want to inspect, and you can use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the two planes. The maximum value of the feeler gauge inserted into the gap is flatness. The technical requirements are: the flatness of the upper plane of the cylinder block should not be less than 50.0mm per 05mm length. The total length of the cast iron cylinder six-cylinder engine shall not exceed 0.30mm, and the total length of the four-cylinder engine shall not exceed 0.20mm: the total length of the aluminum alloy cylinder block engine shall not exceed 0.50mm, and the total length of the surface treatment chiller shall not exceed 0.30mm.
