In the refrigeration industry, chillers are divided into two types: air-cooled chillers and water-cooled chillers. According to the different compressors, it is divided into screw chillers, scroll chillers and centrifugal chillers. In terms of temperature control, it is divided into low-temperature industrial chillers and room temperature chillers. The temperature of the normal temperature unit is usually controlled in the range of 0 degrees to 35 degrees. The temperature control of the cryogenic unit is usually between 0 degrees and -100 degrees.
Chillers are also known as: cooler, refrigeration unit, ice cooler, cooling equipment, etc. Due to the wide range of uses in various industries, the requirements for chillers are also different. It works as a multifunctional machine that removes liquid vapors by compression or endothermic refrigeration cycles.
This chiller consists of four main components: compressor, evaporator, condenser and expansion valve, so as to realize the cooling and heating effect of the equipment.
Chillers are often called freezers, chillers, ice chillers, freezers, etc. Since it is widely used in various industries, there are many names. With the continuous development of the chiller industry, more and more people have begun to pay attention to any choice in the chiller industry, and it is more and more important to human beings. In terms of product structure, "energy-efficient water-cooled screw unit", "water source heat pump unit", "screw heat recovery unit", "high-efficiency heat pump unit", "screw low-temperature refrigeration unit", etc. have strong competitiveness, its nature is a multi-function machine, through compression or endothermic refrigeration cycle to remove liquid vapor, the vapor compression cooler consists of four main components: compressor, evaporator, condenser and some metering devices. Refrigerant is realized in the form of vapor compression refrigeration cycle, absorption chiller uses water as refrigerant, and relies on water and lithium bromide solution to achieve strong refrigeration affinity, refrigerators are commonly used in air conditioning units and industrial cooling. In air conditioning systems, cold water is typically distributed to heat exchangers or coils in air handling units or other types of end equipment to cool individual spaces inside them, and then the cooling water is redistributed back to the condenser for cooling. In industrial applications, chilled water or other liquid cooling pumps pass through process or laboratory equipment. Industrial chillers are used to control the cooling of products, mechanical devices and factory machinery. According to the form of refrigeration, chillers can usually be divided into water-cooled and air-cooled types. Technically, the energy efficiency ratio of water cooling is 300 to 500 kcal/h higher than that of air cooling. At the time of installation, water cooling must be included in the cooling tower before it can be used. Air cooling is removable and does not require additional assistance.
