    Combination principle of chemical waste gas recovery device (condensation + adsorption process)

    The volatile VOCS gas is introduced into the equipment cold box (the device sets the condensation temperature -10 °C ~ -120 °C), other temperature zones can be customized, and the condensation can be carried out step by step as needed. Part of the continuous production process has a two-way switching process in the low temperature section (after one side is blocked, it automatically switches to the other heat exchange cold box for condensation, and the ice block side is defrosted)

    Advantages of condensation

     

     

     

    The treatment effect is stable and saves investment.

    There is no need to replace activated carbon, and there is no need to dispose of micro-waste costs.

    Compared with the incineration treatment process such as RCO and RTO, the condensation method has no safety distance, and the whole machine is explosion-proof.

    Chemical and pharmaceutical waste gas can be condensed and recovered, and the recovery benefits are considerable, and there are high recovery economic benefits.

    1. The low-load adsorption efficiency and stable properties of activated carbon ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment and high recovery rate.
