  • Air-cooled screw chillers:

    The air-cooled screw chiller (single/double series) adopts internationally renowned brand (Hanbell., Hanbell., Germany) screw compressor, supporting high-efficiency finned condenser, dry shell and tube evaporator and (Danfoss, ALCO, Merson and other international well-known brand parts; Equipped with German Siemens PLC control system + LCD touch screen display, the unit has the advantages of compact structure, small size, low noise, stable performance, safety, energy saving and high efficiency, and easy operation; A number of system safety protection devices can provide 4°C to 10°C chilled water, which can achieve the requirements of continuous 24-hour operation of process cooling.

    Concentrate:

    1. The refrigeration capacity is measured under the following temperature conditions: the inlet/outlet temperature of chilled water is 12°C/7°C.0°C/-5°C.-5°C/-10°C.

    2. Working range: outdoor dry bulb temperature is 33 °C, wet bulb temperature is 28 °C.

    3. This series of units can have heat recovery: hot water temperature 35 °C ~ 50 °C

  • Features of air-cooled screw chiller:

    3. The air-cooled chiller does not need to be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as cooling water pump and cooling tower, which can save a lot of materials and engineering installation costs, and even does not need to set up a machine room.

    Compressor features:

    10. The patented exhaust chamber design and continuous gas transmission of the rotor ensure low vibration and low noise of the compressor

    11. Installation of exhaust check valve at the exhaust port can prevent the rotor from reversing when stopping
