High and low temperature all-in-one machine operating instructions

1 Whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled, the high and low temperature all-in-one machine needs to be located in an operating environment with enough space: water cooling should be greater than 30cm space, and air cooling should be greater than 50cm.

2. When selecting the heat conduction medium of the high and low temperature integrated machine, pay attention to whether its upper and lower temperature limits, ignition point, viscosity, freezing point, etc. meet the requirements, and whether it is suitable for the use of the internal pipeline of the instrument;

3. When choosing the heat transmission medium tube of high and low temperature integrated machine, the length should be as short as possible and the diameter as large as possible, if the diameter is too small, it may cause flow limitation;

4. Do not use water as the heat conduction medium of high and low temperature all-in-one machine;

5. The unsuitable heat conduction medium of the high and low temperature all-in-one machine will have a negative impact on the instrument and equipment, and may cause damage to the device. Therefore, only the heat conduction medium specified by the manufacturer can be used, and it can be used within the specified pressure range, and the viscosity of the heat conduction medium cannot be greater than 50mms when the temperature control heat conduction medium is not greater than <>mms when operating at low temperature below the boiling point of the heat conduction medium. When filling the heat transfer medium at room temperature, it should be poured slowly, carefully and steadily, while ensuring that no heat transfer medium spills. Protective equipment such as goggles, anti-corrosion chemical gloves, etc. need to be worn when filling;

6. After filling, it is necessary to reset the adjustment parameters of the high and low temperature all-in-one machine, which is the requirement for correct operation and use of the instrument:

7 Do not knot the heat conduction medium pipeline of the air-cooled high and low temperature all-in-one machine;

8. Regularly check the heat transfer medium tube of high and low temperature integrated machine to avoid material strain (such as: fission).

9. Warning: In order to avoid damaging the pipeline of the instrument, please use water treatment chemicals regularly to clean the pipeline dirt when using water with high mineral content.
