    Third, the working principle of cryogenic treatment is introduced

    Cryogenic treatment of cryogenic box is the use of compressor compression refrigerant as cooling medium, programmed cryogenic treatment (-160 °C) and low-temperature tempering of materials, so as to achieve the purpose of improving and strengthening the properties of metal materials.

    Experiments have proved that after low temperature treatment of high-speed steel tools, the wear resistance is increased by 3 times. The coefficient of friction is reduced by 20%, the hardness is increased by 1-4 times, and the service life is increased by 1-3 times.
